Meditation seclusions are accessible to lay practitioners thanks to the generosity of the previous and current donors.
The monastic dwelling does not receive any government funding, nor any regular external support. It is fully supported by the generosity of lay practitioners who wish to help Bhikkhunī Visuddhi and other devotees to have the possibility to stay in the ārāma.
Neither the teachers nor the organizers receive any kind of payment for their service. Every activity is held purely to help practitioners to learn Dhamma and practice according to the teaching of the Buddha.
The prices below are merely to provide a general idea of what the ārāma will need to pay for each activity. However, whatever you feel to give will be gratefully received.
This is a rough estimation of the contributions towards overhead expenses of accommodation per person per seclusion, regardless the overnight stay, the food excluded:
• The overhead expenses are 45 EUR per room per night
• Weekend seclusion: 85 EUR,
• Five-day seclusion: 165 EUR,
• One week seclusion: 325 EUR,
• Two weeks seclusion: 595 EUR,
• Three weeks seclusion: 725 EUR,
The ārāma Karuṅā Sevena will be able to continue its activities only thanks to your support. We want to tell you that we are incredibly grateful to have you here with us, and to receive anything you wish to give.
